The dining room at Ocean House celebrates and showcases Haida culture by harnessing the bounty of land and sea. Our Chef’s elaborate ever-changing tide-to-table seasonal menus feature locally caught OceanWise fish and seafood – like wild chinook and coho salmon, halibut, lingcod, clams, scallops and dungeness crab – complemented by locally-sourced ingredients. Guests will enjoy Chef’s inventive take on traditional dishes, as well as his impressive original creations.
